Are your products made to order?
Yes. Most Snuggle Club products are made to order through our print partner. This helps reduce waste and means each item is created especially for you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Because items are made to order, please allow time for printing and packing before dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, but you will receive updates once your order is on the way.
Do you offer tracking?
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email after your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your item has not entered production yet, we will do our best to help. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will look into it and help arrange a replacement or solution where appropriate.
Can I return an item?
Because many of our products are made to order, we may not be able to accept returns for unwanted items or wrong sizes. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Your statutory rights are not affected.
