At Snuggle Club, each item is made to order especially for you. This helps reduce waste and means your cosy cat merch is printed once your order has been placed.

Where we ship

We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom only.

Processing times

Most orders are prepared and printed within 2–7 working days before they are dispatched. During busy periods, this may take a little longer.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes around 2–5 working days.

Please allow extra time during busy seasonal periods, bank holidays, postal delays, or severe weather.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately. This is because some products may be printed or shipped from different fulfilment locations.

Incorrect delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Snuggle Club cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
